Position: Project Manager/Systems Analyst / Technical Specialist
Candidates Profile:
·Over 4--8 years of rigorous IT experience with focus on Project Management & Microsoft Technologies. Good at managing Multiple Projects.
·Excellent team player with good communication and analytical skills. Effective negotiation, decision-making, leadership and motivational skills
·Proven ability to develop and maintain effective Client relationship.
·Proven ability to meet milestones and delivery dates.
·Result oriented and proactive approach towards solving problems, backed by good follow-up skills.
·Clearly communicate performance standards and expectations and proactively mentor team members to help align their personal goals with project and organization goals.
·By and large worked on Banking/Finance projects.
·Good Educational Background is must.

·Exposure to all phases of the life cycle of Software Development including Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Design, Construction, Testing and Implementation.
·Expertise in Client/Server and Web based technologies using ASP 3.0/ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, XML, Visual Basic 6.0, Windows Services, Oracle 8i/9i, SQL Server 2000.
·Excellent in translation and construction of a client’s complex business problems into innovative technology solutions within a multidisciplinary environment.
·Building Products from Market requirements to Deployments and Maintenance
·Solutions-driven professional with extensive experience in project management and Architecting/ designing/ implementing technical solutions.
·Customer-focused, highly organized self-starter with effective customer-service skills and demonstrated ability to manage technical aspects of projects, architect tailor-made customer solutions, build relationships, communicate solution strategy and product offerings, and provide technical expertise, support, and training.
·Resourceful, creative problem-solver with proven aptitude to analyze and translate complex customer requirements and business problems and design/implement innovative custom solutions.
·Motivated achiever, who strives to exceed goals, has been promoted regularly.
·Articulate communicator who can fluently speak the languages of both people and technology, blending technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills while interacting effectively with customers, sales staff, and technical/engineering teams; adept at delivering presentations and demos.
